Personal Data We Process:
RRU processes your personal data when you use our services and/or when you provide these to us. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

– Telephone number
– Email address
– Data about your activities on our website
Special and/or Sensitive Personal Data We Proces:
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under 16 years of age, unless they have consent from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify if a visitor is over 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children's online activities to prevent data collection without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without that consent, please contact us at by e-mail, and we will delate this information.
Purposes for Processing Personal Data:

– Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure

RRU does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a data processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. RRU remains responsible for these processing operations.

Viewing, Modifying, or Deleting Data:
You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself through the personal settings of your account. In addition, you have the right to withdraw any consent for data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by our company. You also have the right to data portability, meaning you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization you mentioned.
If you want to exercise your right to object and/or right to data portability or if you have other questions/comments about data processing, please send a specific request to contact@reprapuniverse.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) for privacy protection. RRU will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks at the latest. RRU also wants to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can do this via the following link:
